Cookie Policy

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites function efficiently, remember your preferences, and provide reporting information to site owners. Similar technologies — such as pixels, local storage, and SDKs within our mobile apps — serve comparable purposes and are covered by this policy.

Essential / Strictly Necessary Cookies

Required for the platform to function — enabling core features such as secure login, session management, saved searches, and property inquiry forms. The platform cannot operate properly without these.

Performance & Analytics Cookies

Help us understand how visitors interact with our website — which pages are viewed most, how listings are searched, and where users encounter errors — so we can continuously improve the platform experience.

Functional Cookies

Remember your preferences, such as language, currency, recently viewed properties, and saved filters, to provide a more personalized experience on return visits.

Advertising & Targeting Cookies

Used to deliver relevant property advertisements on and off our platform, and to measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns. These may be set by us or by trusted third-party advertising partners.

Some cookies are placed by trusted third-party services we use for analytics, real-time messaging, maps, and advertising. These third parties may use cookies to collect information about your online activities across different websites over time. We do not control these third-party cookies, and their use is governed by the respective providers' own privacy policies.

You can control and manage cookies in several ways:

• Most web browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings menu — instructions vary by browser and are available in each browser's help documentation.
• Disabling essential cookies may prevent core features of the platform — such as login, search, and messaging — from working correctly.
• You can opt out of interest-based advertising from participating providers through their own opt-out tools.

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in technology, legislation, or our operations. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
